Under her leadership, Go-Jek produced internationally acclaimed films and established new benchmarks for production quality in the Southeast Asian market. As CEO and Co-Founder of UMA, she oversees creative strategy, content development, and cross-border partnerships. She has been instrumental in positioning UMA as a powerhouse for Southeast Asian storytelling innovation and continues to lead UMA's efforts to build a globally competitive ecosystem.

As former Managing Director APAC of GroupM Motion Entertainment, he scaled the region's content investment business 40x, from $5M to $200M annually, and played a key role in the financing, commissioning, and production of original IP across Southeast Asia, ANZ, India, and Northeast Asia. He also served as Director of Content at Asian Food Channel, expanding it into a leading regional lifestyle network. His deep expertise in international content strategy, partnerships, and market expansion guides UMA's operations across all verticals.
