Co-Founder & CEO

Michy is a trailblazing executive. As former SVP of Acquisitions and Development at Go-Jek, she led the company's strategic expansion into entertainment, including its content production and OTT divisions. Under her leadership, Go-Jek produced internationally acclaimed films and established new benchmarks for production quality in the Southeast Asian market. As CEO and Co-Founder of UMA, she oversees creative strategy, content development, and cross-border partnerships. She has been instrumental in positioning UMA as a powerhouse for Southeast Asian storytelling innovation and continues to lead UMA's efforts to build a globally competitive ecosystem.

Anka Zumi

Anka Zumi is a dynamic commercial strategist and partnerships architect with deep expertise in scaling media and technology ventures across Southeast Asia. As former Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at Go-Jek, he played a pivotal role in the commercial and government alliances that accelerated growth across the company's various verticals. At UMA, Anka leads commercial strategy, focusing on high-impact partnerships with global studios, investors, distributors, and government stakeholders. He has been instrumental in bridging Hollywood and Southeast Asia, positioning UMA as a gateway that drives long-term commercial and cultural value.

Aditya Ganesha

Co-Founder & CIO

Aditya is a seasoned technology leader and NTT Award recipient. He previously served as CTO at Intrec, a leading Indonesian payment processing company, where he built deep expertise in strategic product development and the scalable distribution of advanced technologies. At UMA, he is focused on delivering technology solutions through government partnerships and major enterprise channels, positioning UMA at the forefront of innovation.

Steven Murphy

Chief Operating Officer

Steven brings over two decades of experience. As former Managing Director APAC of GroupM Motion Entertainment, he scaled the region's content investment business 40x, from $5M to $200M annually, and played a key role in the financing, commissioning, and production of original IP across Southeast Asia, ANZ, India, and Northeast Asia. He also served as Director of Content at Asian Food Channel, expanding it into a leading regional lifestyle network. His deep expertise in international content strategy, partnerships, and market expansion guides UMA's operations across all verticals.

Annie Prokos

Annie is a premier Australian executive seasoned in leadership with over 25 years of experience across financial services, government, and corporate sectors. Founder of Gramerci, she blends deep industry expertise with AI-driven analytics to secure high-performing leadership teams. She specializes in driving comprehensive transformation and scaling strategic recruitment initiatives. She directly accelerates United Media Asia's regional growth, aligning elite executive talent with UMA's long-term business goals.

Rohana served as Group CEO of Astro for over a decade, acting as the principal architect of the company's growth and a driving force behind its financial milestones and industry innovation. She positioned Astro as one of Southeast Asia's premier media powerhouses. She has also held board roles at Malaysia Airlines, Dogan TV Turkey, and Fetch TV Australia, bringing a wealth of global experience. As a partner and active board member of UMA, she provides high-level strategic counsel and steers UMA's regional and international expansion.

Suet Fern Lee

A highly decorated and widely respected legal professional, Mrs. Lee is a partner at Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP and serves as director of Morgan Lewis Stamford LLC. She has held leadership roles with the Inter-Pacific Bar Association and the Singapore Academy of Law, and has advised Rothschild & Co. She was the first woman to receive the Lifetime Achievement Award from Chambers Asia-Pacific. As a stakeholder and partner at UMA, Mrs. Lee brings unmatched legal and governance expertise, along with institutional credibility, to support UMA's expansion and international partnerships.

Alexander currently serves as Managing Director at Ares Management. He has also served as President Director & CEO at Indosat Ooredoo and as Independent Commissioner at PT Link Net Tbk, and has advised Ideabox Ventures. He Co-Founded, and was Co-Chief Executive Officer, and Board Member at Digiasia Bios. He brings a strong background in telecommunications, fintech, and digital infrastructure. As a partner and active board member of UMA, he contributes strategy and expertise to scale UMA's growth in technology, media, and regional investment platforms.

Sandiaga Uno

He is also Vice President at KORIKA, leading national AI initiatives that bridge academia, industry, and government in support of Indonesia's digital growth and innovation ecosystem.

She has held senior roles including Director at Ihza & Ihza Law Firm, along with leadership positions across multinational companies spanning Germany, Russia, Singapore, and Indonesia. A former Special Staff to the Deputy Minister of Law and Human Rights, she has also held active roles in HIPMI and KADIN, bringing expertise in governance, cross-sector leadership, and international business networks to support UMA's strategic growth and sustainable development initiatives.
